Your family’s information stays on your device.

Last updated: October 22, 2026. This policy describes the ChirpChime iPhone app provided by Imaginative Horizons LLC. It does not describe any separate web version.

Information stored by the app

The app stores child names, birth or expected-delivery dates, whether a child was born prematurely, optional gender, selected avatars, saved guides, and your app preferences. These details are used on your device to personalize guides, the calendar, and reminders.

The iPhone app has no account system, developer-operated profile server, advertising, tracking, or analytics integration. It does not send these profiles or preferences to us.

Notifications and backups

Notifications are optional and scheduled locally on your iPhone. Reminder text does not include a child’s name or health details. You can disable notifications in iPhone Settings.

Your device’s backup settings may include app data. Apple’s backup and device services are governed by their own settings and privacy practices.

Exports and deletion

Settings lets you export family data through your device’s sharing controls. Exported information includes names and dates; choose recipients carefully. The service you choose to receive an export handles it under its own policies.

Delete all app data removes profiles, preferences, saved guides, and scheduled reminders from the app after confirmation. Copies you exported or backed up are outside the app’s deletion control. Removing the app removes its local storage; restoring a device backup may restore data.

External links and support

Opening a cited source or another external link connects to that website. It may receive technical information such as your IP address and applies its own privacy policy. No family-profile data is intentionally attached to source links.

If you email horizonsimaginative@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send so we can respond. Our email provider processes that correspondence. Please do not send medical records or unnecessary information about children. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence; applicable recordkeeping obligations may limit deletion.

This support website

These pages are hosted by Cloudflare. Visiting them sends normal web-request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to Cloudflare to deliver and protect the website. The pages do not include analytics scripts, advertising, or forms that collect family information. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.

Adult caregivers

ChirpChime is intended for adults. Caregivers control information they enter about their children. We do not provide child accounts or collect children’s profiles on a developer-operated server.
