ChirpChime is an iPhone companion for adult caregivers: parenting guides, a personalized milestone calendar, and optional reminders.
The iPhone app is being prepared for release. Support information here describes version 1.0.0.
Contact support
Email horizonsimaginative@gmail.com. Include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version, and a description of the issue. Please leave out children’s names, birth dates, medical records, and family-data exports.
Support cannot provide medical advice. Contact your care team for health concerns and local emergency services for urgent help.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. The iPhone app stores profiles and preferences on your device. It does not sync with other phones or the web app.
How do reminders work?
Enable reminders in the app and allow notifications in iPhone Settings. Open ChirpChime regularly to refresh upcoming reminders. Delivery depends on device settings; reminders are not medical alerts.
How do I export or delete my information?
In the app’s Settings, use Export family data or Delete all app data. Deletion requires confirmation and removes profiles, saved guides, preferences, and scheduled reminders. Exports and device backups are not deleted.
Exports are readable JSON text. This release does not offer an import or restore-from-export feature.
Can I move my profiles to a new phone?
There is no account-based sync. OS backups may include app data, depending on your settings. Keep an export if you want a readable record, but it cannot be imported into this release.
